MyWay Digital Health (3 March 2023) announces the launch of a pilot in Hail, Kingdon of Saudi Arabia (KSA) for up to 1,000 people with diabetes in the region. This comes as a pivotal move for the company’s progression as it launches one of its first projects internationally, with scope of further expansion and progression throughout the Middle East.

After a recent business trip to KSA by CEO, Dr. Debbie Wake and COO Chris Avery preparing for the launch with presentations to leading diabetes clinicians at the Hail Hospital together with a private audience with HRH Prince Abdulaziz bin Saad bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Governor of Hail. His Highness noted the importance of these complementary programs between the government and private sectors to serve patients and offered his full support.

MyWay Digital Health have partnered with local business Sukkary, to launch a pilot of the MyWay platform with the Ministry of Health, Hail Cluster.

The pilot will run as a proof of concept for a future wider deployment for the Ministry of Health, Saudi Arabia. The platform will be made available in both English and Arabic.

The 6 month Hail pilot is due to complete in late 2023, with an aim to provide a MyWay Diabetes digital education and access to data for up to 1,000 users during the pilot. The MyWay Clinical platform for clinicians is also scheduled for launched into secondary care diabetes clinics and selected primary healthcare centres in the coming months.
