MWDH is looking to recruit a Support Assistant to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for providing front-line support of the MyWay Diabetes platform, including end-users of the system (people with diabetes), GP practices and other healthcare professionals setting their patients up to use the system.
Relevant work experience includes anything relating to customer support, ideally in a healthcare context, with some knowledge of diabetes. Key attributes include excellent organisational, communication and people skills, and a proactive approach to making support as good as it can possibly be.
